Components, then subsystems, then sensing, then integration
We progress through four phases. The first two define our core capabilities — components and subsystems. The third and fourth are where the value compounds — sensing infrastructure that works across platforms, integration layers that turn isolated systems into coherent solutions.
Every phase can stand alone. Every phase serves the next.
Four stages

| Phase | What we do |
|---|---|
| Precision subassemblies | We began with focused engineering for heavy-vehicle platforms. That grew into proprietary hardware and software serving both specialised mobility applications and civilian and industrial needs. |
| Mechatronics and actuation | We design, build and integrate complete subsystems — precision gyroscopes and actuation on the mechatronics side, imaging and surveillance assemblies on the opto-electrical side. |
| Sensing and fusion | The sensing layer opens business pathways beyond components: combining inputs from disparate sources through our own algorithms, independent of any single sensor or processor architecture. The same stack supports surveillance, vision systems and thermal imaging for civilian infrastructure. |
| Integration and unmanned systems | Customised software and integration layers bringing imaging, RF and vision systems into a coherent whole, with electro-optical object recognition capability. |
Where these capabilities go next
Off the vehicle
When the mission leaves the vehicle, the sensing and integration stack moves with it. The same optical packages that guide a vehicle-mounted system become surveillance and reconnaissance equipment in a fixed installation. The same fusion layer scales from integrating three sensors on a platform to managing inputs from an entire network.
Into new programmes
Phases 3 and 4 sit inside the unmanned, civil infrastructure and industrial automation sectors. These sectors run long qualification cycles and leave margin for innovation — programmes here iterate hard before they freeze. We work alongside integrators, prime contractors and end customers as those requirements settle into shipping specifications.
